Simulated Kiosk
Opens the location's simulated kiosk in a new tab: one per location, named
Simulated Kiosk - <location>, and the same one whichever office
browser opens it. It prints through the browser. Real kiosk displays are set up
on the display itself; every kiosk is listed under
Setup → Kiosks.
